_DO ROBOTS MAKE IT BETTER ?

The new NoiseElectro project 3xch4mp.ion by drummer Exchampion stages the soundtrack to consider the ambivalent relationship between man and machine.

Humans live more and more in a world controlled by algorithms, machines and robots.
Some people are fascinated by it, others are concerned about the _world on wire.
Artificial intelligence is also beginning to establish itself in art and music.
Bands like Kraftwerk, movies like ex_machina, Mr.Robot thematize algorithms, robots and their influence on the future or – more precisely – on our present.

While the members of Kraftwerk still present themselves as robots,
in the music of _3xch4mp real humans are the protagonists again.
Real-time drumming and dancing movement, embodied by the ballerina Kana Mabuchi,
playfully and energetically deal with the noisy accompanying orchestra, which is controlled by artificial intelligence.

Who is pushing the limits ? Who’s controlling ? Man or machine ?
